Membership FAQ

Your Glow Wallet Credit is a monthly credit you can use toward treatment upgrades or product purchases. It does not roll over month to month — use it or lose it!
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your monthly membership payment carries over and can be used toward any service the following month. However, your Glow Wallet credit does not roll over. For example, if you’re a Glow Elite member at $249/mo and skip a month, the $249 you paid is still available to put toward a future service — but you’ll only receive the current month’s $20 Glow Wallet Credit, not $40.
Each membership tier includes one Guest Pass per year. Invite someone new to Sunshine Aesthetics to enjoy a complimentary Sunshine Glow Facial. The guest must be a first-time visitor — existing clients are not eligible for the guest pass treatment.
All memberships require a three-month minimum commitment. After that, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Your membership benefits remain active through the end of your final billing cycle.
