What is laser hair removal?

What should I NOT do before my appointment?

Avoid for 5–7 days before:

Waxing, plucking, or threading (shaving is OK)
Retinol or exfoliants on the area
Sun exposure or tanning
Self-tanner on the treatment area

What does the treatment feel like?

A quick snapping sensation, like a rubber band. Some areas are more sensitive, but treatments are fast and very tolerable.

What will my skin look like immediately after?

Slight redness or small bumps around follicles. Looks like mild irritation and fades within a few hours.

What should I NOT do after laser hair removal?

For 24–48 hours:

Avoid heat (workouts, saunas, hot showers)
No sun and wear SPF
No exfoliants or actives on the area
Don’t pick or irritate the skin
